WorldCarFans reports that Audi may have something up their sleeve, as they just released a new teaser via their up and coming bespoke online video medium, AudiMediaTV.
According to WCF, Audi is gearing up to reveal what could be an A3 sedan, which would supposedly be the former Auto Union’s answer to Mercedes-Benz’s latest introduction of the 2014 CLA-Class compact sedan.
A concept was revealed of the A3 sedan back in 2011 at the Geneva Auto Show. Now that enough time has elapsed since then, it appears the A3 sedan has finally come to fruition.
Under the hood will sit a range of four-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines. The gassers will be displacing from 1.2L to 1.8L, complete with Audi’s patented TFSI systems, good for either 105hp or 180hp. Two diesels will be offered, both in 2.0L TDI form, good for either 150hp or 184hp.
