As the team prepares to head to the 2013 New York Auto Show next week, they took a moment to sit down and hold a virtual roundtable session. The topic of discussion surrounded some the vehicles that will be revealed in the Big Apple.
The first vehicle discussed was the new 2014 Cadillac CTS, and while the team couldn't say much, we already know details regarding the powertrain options. On the topic of General Motors' new twin-turbo V-6 engine, the team switched gears and mentioned the refreshed 2014 Chevrolet Camaro, for which little is known about at this time.
Senior Editor Nelson Ireson talked about the new 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA45 AMG and how excited he is for this little pocket rocket, going as far as to say it might be the vehicle he's most looking forward to seeing in New York.
The New York Auto Show will set the stage for the return of the Jeep Cherokee nameplate. The team discussed how Jeep fans will react, what this means for Jeep, and why the Liberty is being killed off.
Also to be displayed next week in New York will be the new 2014 Range Rover Sport, SRT Viper TA, 2014 Acura MDX, and new 2014 Jaguar XJR. Subaru's also said they'll be bringing the new Crosstrek XV Hybrid along with a new performance concept.
